Well.. This week started off fantastic. If you are a NASCAR fan and were watching me driving home from getting my dad’s bobcat serviced..
Last Saturday my brother, me and a bunch of awesome dudes helped an elderly lady from Quail by tearing down some stuff in her back yard and hauling it off. We got some nails in our bobcat tires so on Monday I put it up on a trailer and took it to get fixed.
On my way home I had just merged onto the highway and the trailer started moving on me. Basically when you don’t have the load on the trailer balanced right, that’s what happens.. So all of the sudden it started whipping around and moving my truck in between two lanes. In this situation sometimes you can accelerate and the trailer will quit being a douche bag.. Well I was only going 55 at the time so I floored it. But maybe I didn’t do it soon enough or it was just too off loaded, but either way, the trailer had it’s way with me.. I started heading towards the left side which had concrete barriers lining it.. Luckily the trailer was across the other lane so far that it hit the water barrels on the other side. It jack knifed the trailer and pulled the truck off of the road.. In short, it was an excruciatingly long day.. I’m fine by the way, buckled up, all good and so is the bobcat. My dad’s truck on the other hand, a little banged up.. The bed is janked.. And the trailer is going to be out of commission for awhile.. Sorry pops.. Sorry Choice Exteriors..
You guys know by boy Ted Harrison right? Works at IThemes, goes to the Baylor University, and has actually made a hefty number of websites including his blog/video/what-ever-he-wants-on-it site called TedVid.Com. If you are wondering what the Vid part of that is all about it’s video (Because he’s gonna make movies one day). If you are wondering what the Ted part of TedVid.Com is, then “Tommy here’ll come along and hit you in the head with a tack hammer, cuz you are a retard..” Any way, he’s kind of a big deal. The reason I’m talking about Mr. Harrison so much is because he recently made a website called MockUpTheDraft.Com, it’s basically a sports bloggers website. Me, Jared (my brother), Jonathan Kennedy and Ted Harrison blog about sports on it. It’s basically a bunch of guys that love sports talking about whatever is going on in sports at the time. And as footbally season gets underway we’ll start blogging more, even though there is quite a bit of content on there already.
But if you are expecting us to be un-biased, politically correct and fun for everyone, you might as well go read a pop up book because we can’t help you there..
